Mob Strong Debt Help is a free nationwide legal advice and financial counselling service for Aboriginal And Torres Strait Islander people. Call 1800 808 488.
A financial counsellor can help you sort managing your money and money problems. Legal advice can be helpful with issues like fines, credit and debt, parenting orders, family violence and child protection.

Urgent help in an emergency
If you are facing a crisis and need help with money, follow the steps on urgent help with money.
If your credit or loan repayments are getting out of control, speak to your lender about help in financial hardship.

Centrelink Indigenous Helpline
The Centrelink Indigenous Call Centre can help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with their payments and services.
Call 1800 136 380, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
ACCC First Nations Infoline and Your Rights Mob
You can call the ACCC First Nations Infoline on 1300 303 143 if you need to speak to someone about a consumer or small business issue impacting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
The ACCC Your Rights Mob shares news and consumer protection advice for remote Indigenous consumers through their social media.
ASIC Indigenous Outreach Program (IOP)
ASIC's IOP can help you find specialised support, such as financial counselling or legal help. They can also help if you want to make a complaint about a financial service provider. The IOP regularly visit remote and regional communities to support First Nations people.

Australian Taxation Office (ATO) Indigenous Helpline
The ATO have tailored information, guidance and support available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, businesses and not-for-profit organisations. Call the ATO Indigenous helpline on 13 10 30 (8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, except public holidays). You can also get free help from our trained volunteers at tax time if your income is around $70,000 or less.
